Refunds & Cancellations – Training Courses
We understand that plans can change. Our aim is to be fair and flexible, while also protecting the time and resources required to deliver high-quality training.
Booking & Payment
All training places (in-person and online) must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your space.
In-Person Training (Get CQC Ready)
Cancellations by you:
30 days before the event: Full transfer to a future date
Less than 30 days before the event: No refund, transfer may be offered at our discretion.
Online Training (Get CQC Ready)
Cancellations by you:
30 days before the event: Full transfer to a future date
Less than 30 days before the event: No refund, transfer may be offered at our discretion.
If you are unable to attend, we will do our best to offer a transfer to a future session where possible.
Pre-Release / Future-Dated Training
Some training courses (including upcoming Get CQC Ready sessions) are sold in advance of confirmed delivery dates.
By booking, you are securing early access to future training dates and pricing.
We will confirm your training date(s) as soon as they are released.
If you change your mind before dates are confirmed:
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Once dates are confirmed:
Standard cancellation terms (above) will apply
If We Need to Make Changes
In the unlikely event that we need to:
- Reschedule a course
- Change delivery format (e.g. in-person to online)
- Cancel a session
You will be offered:
A transfer to an alternative date, or a full refund
Non-Attendance
If you do not attend a booked session and have not notified us in advance, no refund will be issued.
