Care Research has rebranded to Care Surveys – and if you’re a care provider navigating inspections, here’s why that matters for you.
If you’ve worked with us before, you’ll know us as Care Research. From today, we’re trading as Care Surveys – a name that better reflects what we do, who we do it for, and where we’re heading.
Nothing about our commitment to you has changed, what has changed is our clarity. And in a sector where clarity counts, we think that’s worth celebrating.
Why the new name?
Care Research was always the right work; independent, rigorous, care-sector-specific. But the name didn’t make it immediately obvious what we offer or who we serve.
Care Surveys does. It tells you straight away that we are in the business of feedback, insight, and improvement – built specifically for the care sector. That is the whole point of what we do.
The rebrand also marks a moment of growth. We have expanded our services, sharpened our positioning, and we wanted a name that grows with us.

Care Surveys (our managed survey platform)
This is not a generic survey tool with a care-sector skin. Care Surveys is a bespoke platform designed from the ground up for registered care providers. We manage the whole process; from designing your surveys to running them, analysing the responses, and producing CQC-aligned reports you can actually use.
You get a live dashboard where you can see responses in real time, plus downloadable reports written in the language of inspection. We know what the CQC, and other Care regulating bodies, look for, and we build that into every report we produce.
